Dressing for the Autumn season might be one of the hardest tasks to master, throw some on trend pieces into the mix and it can be downright confusing!
Let’s get one thing straight, Autumn is always likely to throw us a curve ball…just when we think the cool temperatures are here to stay out of nowhere comes a hot day! #thestruggleisreal #firstworldproblems.
In this weeks’ blogpost, I’ve put together a chic Autumn look to wear NOW! In order to recreate this look, turn to your existing wardrobe staples and opt for a classic pant that will work well paired with statement tops.
These white paper bag culotte pants that I am wearing have been a go-to of mine practically all year round, from job interviews to evening cocktails, the versatility is endless.
Next, I opted to team this statement bronze long sleeve top from Zara with my pants for the perfect trans-seasonal look. The top features panels of ruffles and is crafted from a shimmer gold delicate polyester fabric providing a lightweight feel with stretch.
The subtle hints of shimmer throughout the ruffles add a touch of sparkle to the look. The long-sleeves and high neckline of the top, will see you right through the Autumn months. Note, for a dressed down look, simply team the top with a denim jean for a chic alternative.
Elevate your Autumn look with a some key on-trend accessories and don’t be afraid to introduce some statement pieces to this minimalist look.
Hair clips are still having their moment and personally I love how they can add some interest to an outfit. The clip I am wearing is available from Sportsgirl. The sunglasses that I am wearing are from (Decjuba) and feature beaded decoration in the corners.
Finish off your look with a low-heeled wedge and tan clutch for ultimate style. In keeping with the minimalist theme, ensure your accessories are neutral and your look is Autumn ready!
