Parker & Co. International Mens Runway: Telstra Perth Fashion Festival 2017

Day 2 of the Telstra Perth Fashion Festival kicked off in a spectacular fashion. In a Festival first, Perth based International designer menswear retailer, Parker & Co showcased their collection for the very first time with Captain and Brownlow medallist Fremantle Docker player,  Nat Fyfe, modelling in the show.
The super stylish fashion-packed crowd of men and women flocked to the Crown Pyramid in eager anticipation of the very first menswear show to ever debut for the Telstra Perth Fashion Festival. The collection sent down the runway consisted of a combination of sophisticated aesthetic suits, sharp Italian crafted tailored suits and an array of urban streetwear looks from renowned  international designer labels. Below is a compilation of all the looks from the show.

Alongside tailored suiting was an array of urban and casual denim looks, from International sought-after labels including Z Zegna, Jacob Cohen, Pal Ziler, Haikure and Crossley.

The striking yet effortless combination of light beige chinos teamed with a navy blazer over a relaxed white shirt made this one of my favourite looks of the entire show, (pictured above). Finished off with panama hat and sunglasses, this look is not only timeless and classic, yet easily adaptable for everyday.

Fresh, edgy, and not exactly for the faint-hearted! However, with the introduction of white jeans, this look (pictured above) is right on-trend for the Spring/Summer 17 season. If the jacket is a little out of your comfort zone, try substituting it for a simple black bomber style jacket instead.

Try adding a twist to a suit by introducing a bold red scarf for understated style and finish off with a pair of casual sneakers. This look is a perfect example of how to dress down a suit, making it entirely accessible to wear on multiple occasions. (pictured above)

Once again, white jeans are making an appearance or more like a statement! Keep this one in mind guys for the Spring/Summer 17 Season ahead.

Another standout look for me (pictured above) was the combination of acid wash jeans paired with a white print tee and ultimately complimented with a pop of red accessories. This fresh, youthful and on-trend look is a great example of a perfect casual weekend outfit taking you from the urban cafe strips to the beachside hangout spots.

Get creative guys with this old school preppy wardrobe staple and try draping a jumper around the shoulders for timeless style. (pictured above)

Achieve instant style status with this classic minimalist combination of all black. Simply understated, yet masculine and strong at the same time, take a cue from this outfit and team a structured long-sleeve top with black shorts, finish off with a sharp pair of black shades for on-trend style. (pictured above)

And we think he is just too handsome in this look!  A bow-tie can bring an element of sleek sharpness to a suit.(pictured above)

Outfit Inspiration! Reminiscent of something straight from the runways of Milan Fashion Week. (pictured above)

Channel your inner street style and spin a fresh take on the classic outfit combination of beige chinos and a white tee, by introducing a pair of colourful sneakers and a grey scarf. (pictured above)

A clear show-stopper, Nat Fyfe took to the runway for the very first and only time looking handsome and dapper.

With the models walking out for one final time, led by Nat Fyfe, the Parker & Co runway show came to a close with a loud applause from the audience. The crowd was full of excitement after the show and judging by all the positive  chatter I’m sure many would love to see Parker & Co again on the runway! I would like to extend a special thank you to the Telstra Perth Fashion Festival, Parker & Co Menswear, Crown Resorts and Crown Pyramid for  a truly extraordinary runway show.
